Shipping
Each of our pieces is handcrafted following a careful, manual process in which every order is treated individually. We do not produce in series; instead, we dedicate the necessary time to ensure that each piece reflects our approach to design and quality.
Lead Times
The estimated delivery time is between 6 and 10 weeks from order confirmation. This timeframe reflects the artisanal process and the level of care involved in crafting each piece.
Delivery
Delivery is made curbside (at street level). The transport service does not include carrying the piece into the property or assembly services.
Receipt
We recommend arranging in advance for the furniture to be moved to its final location and carefully inspecting the product at the time of delivery.
Returns
All our pieces are made exclusively to order, following an artisanal process and specific requirements for each client. For this reason, our return policy is aligned with this way of working.
Accepted Returns
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
Notification
Any issue must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the product and must be accompanied by photographs that allow for proper assessment.
Shipping Costs
In the event of a return, transport costs will be borne by the client.
Conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted due to changes of mind, incorrect measurements, choice of materials or finishes, or personal preferences.
